A Study of the Development of the Paradigms in Physics Program

Both external and internal factors prompted conversations about what to do to reform the upper-level curriculum. A variety of visions emerged from these conversations, initially among three faculty members accepting responsibility for applying for funding. After extensive planning as discussed later, the entire faculty agreed upon an overall vision for reforming the upper-level program.
