Chapter 7 Making Changes Within a Coherent Curriculum
Although the experienced faculty hoped the new faculty members would understand and observe dependencies across the paradigms in physics curriculum, they also wanted the new faculty to feel free to make changes, to be responsive to whatever the students seemed to be finding interesting, and to enhance their courses based on their own areas of expertise.
