Chapter 8 Offering Advice about Introducing New Faculty Members to New Ways of Teaching
¶The insights gathered through this series of interviews underlie the following suggestions for ways to introduce new faculty members to active engagement strategies and curricular reforms already in place or underway. These refer both to what the interviewees have experienced here and what they wish had been provided when they joined the faculty and began teaching paradigms in physics courses.
