Section 6.5 Nurturing leadership by other faculty.

An important aspect of institutionalization is participation by other faculty in improving instruction, developing policies as needed, and disseminating materials and information about the reformed program. This has occurred with the design of innovative tools such as the “partial derivative machine” (Roundy, et al., 2015), discussion of institutional review board policies, and presentation of talks and faculty workshops (see http://physics.oregonstate.edu/portfolioswiki/workshops:start).
