Section 7.3 Post-doctoral researchers and faculty visitors.
¶Post-doctoral researchers have co-taught some of the paradigm courses with experienced faculty and assumed full responsibility with coaching while engaged in research on student learning in the context of the paradigm courses. Faculty visitors also have had continual access and sometimes teaching experience in these courses. These individuals have contributed valuable insights to ongoing development of research and teaching practices as well as learned from their experiences while visiting here.
