¶The paradigm faculty meetings also have continued. One of the faculty members reflected:
One of the most phenomenal aspects of the paradigms project is the fact that it created what we would now call a learning community around the paradigms, a core group of which is still meeting 20 years later; those meetings have been happening for that entire period...new faculty now teaching come to those, debriefs still happens in those meetings...to talk about how it went...
Such meetings have been particularly important in helping new faculty make sense of a different way of structuring the content as well as for many differences in the instructional approach from what they may have experienced themselves as students.
